個人情報の取り扱いについて
Privacy Policy and Handling of Personal Information
サーキュラーデザインプラクシス準備委員会は、以下のとおり個人情報保護方針を定め、個人情報保護の仕組みを構築し、個人情報の保護を推進致します。
Circular Design Praxis Preparation Committee (hereafter CDP) has established the following privacy policy and personal information protection protocols to reinforce the protection of personal information.
1 . 個人情報の定義
1 . Definition of Personal Information
「個人情報」とは、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別することができるもの、及び他の情報と容易に照合することができ、それにより特定の個人を識別することができることとなるもの又は個人識別符号が含まれるものをいいます。
“Personal Information” refers to information that can be used to identify a specific individual by means of name, date of birth, or other description contained in the information, and information that can be easily matched with other information and thereby identify a specific individual or information that contains a personal identification code.
2 . 個人情報の収集・利用
2. Collection and Use of Personal Information
当団体では、個人情報を収集することがございます。収集するにあたっては利用目的を明記の上、適法かつ公正な手段によります。予め公表する個人情報の利用目的については公表事項をご覧下さい。当団体が取得する個人情報等の範囲は、当該利用目的を達成するために必要な限度を超えないものとします。
When collecting personal information, CDP will clearly state the purpose of use of said information and shall do so legally and fairly. Please refer to the “Scope of Data Collection and Purpose of Use” below for details regarding the types of data collected and respective purpose of use. The scope of data collection shall not exceed what is necessary to fulfill said purpose of use.

3 . 個人情報の管理と保護
3 . Management and Protection of Personal Information
個人情報の管理は、厳重に行うこととし、次に掲げる場合を除き、利用者の同意がない限り、第三者に対しデータを開示・提供することはいたしません。
Personal information shall be strictly managed and shall not be disclosed or provided to any third party without the consent of the user, except in the following cases.

人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、利用者の同意を得ることが困難である場合When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual, and it is deemed difficult to obtain the consent of the user.

公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、利用者の同意を得ることが困難である場合When disclosure is especially necessary for improving public health or promoting the healthy growth of children, and it is deemed difficult to obtain the user's consent.

国の機関若しくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、利用者の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合Cases in which cooperation with a national agency, a local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either a national agency or local government is required to execute affairs prescribed by law, and in which obtaining the user's consent is likely to impede the execution of the affairs in question

業務を円滑に遂行するため、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報の取扱いの全部又は一部を委託する場合Cases in which the handling of personal information is outsourced in whole or in part within the scope necessary to fulfill the purpose of use, in order to facilitate the smooth execution of business.

合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合When personal information is provided as a result of succession of business due to merger or other reasons.

個人情報を特定の者との間で共同して利用する場合であって、その旨並びに共同して利用される個人情報の項目、共同して利用する者の範囲、利用する者の利用目的及び当該個人情報の管理について責任を有する者の氏名又は名称ついて、あらかじめ利用者に通知し、又は利用者が容易に知り得る状態に置いた場合When personal information is to be used jointly with a specific person or party, and this fact, as well as the items of personal information to be shared, the scope of said person or party, and the purpose of use by said person or party, and the name(s) of persons or parties responsible for the management of the personal information is notified to the user in advance, or the user is provided with easy access to such information.

4 . 安全管理のために講じた措置
4 . Measures Taken for Safety Management
当団体は、以下のとおり、保有個人情報に関し、安全管理のため、措置を講じています。
We have taken the following measures to safely manage personal information in our possession.

基本方針の策定:個人情報の適正な取り扱いの確保のため、「関係法令・ガイドライン等の順守」「質問および苦情処理の窓口」等についての基本方針を策定しております。Establishment of basic policy: To ensure the proper handling of personal information, we have established a basic policy regarding “compliance with relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, etc.” and “point of contact for questions and complaint handling.”

組織的安全管理措置:整備した取り扱い方法に従って、個人情報が取り扱われていることを責任者が確認しております。Organizational security control measures: A designated PIC confirms that personal information is handled in accordance with the established handling policy and guidelines.

人的安全管理措置:個人情報の取り扱いに関する留意事項について、準備委員会を構成するメンバーに定期的な研修を実施しております。Personnel security control measures: CDP members receive regular training on matters concerning the handling of personal information.

物理的安全管理措置:個人情報を取り扱うことができる準備委員会を構成するメンバー及び本人以外が用意に個人データを閲覧できないような措置を実施しております。Physical Security Control Measures: Measures are taken to ensure that personal data cannot be accessed by anyone other than CDP members who are authorized to handle personal information and the individual to whom the data pertains.

技術的安全管理措置:個人情報を取り扱うことのできる機器及び当該機器を取り扱う従業員を明確化し、個人情報への不要なアクセスを防止しております。Technical security control measures: CDP identifies the equipment that can handle personal information and the employees who handle such equipment to prevent unwanted access to personal information.

外的環境の把握:当社は、個人情報を第三者が提供するクラウドサービスで保管しており、クラウドサービスの情報開示状況によっては、サーバーが所在する国を特定できない場合があります。そのため、できる限りサーバーが所在する国を特定した上で、当該国における個人情報の保護の制度の下、安全管理措置を実施いたします。なお、サーバー所在国の候補としては、アメリカ合衆国、オーストラリア、欧州連合（EU）、日本、英国です。Understanding the external environment: We store personal information in a cloud service provided by a third party, and depending on the disclosure status of the cloud service, we may not be able to identify the country where the server is located. 本サイトの利用者は、個人情報保護法に従い、利用者ご本人の個人情報の開示（個人データを第三者に提供し又は提供を受ける場合にはその記録を含むものとし、以下同様とします。）、訂正、削除、消去、及び利用停止等を請求することができます。個人情報の開示、訂正、削除、消去、及び利用停止等のご請求、並びにご意見、ご質問、苦情のお申出その他個人情報の取扱いに関するお問い合わせは、以下のメールアドレス宛にご連絡ください。なお、個人情報の開示を行う場合には、電磁的記録の提供による方法又は書面による方法のいずれかをご選択の上で、本人確認書類をご提出いただきますので、あらかじめ御了承ください。
また、開示することにより次のいずれかに該当する場合は、その全部又は一部を開示しないこともあり、開示しない決定をした場合には、その旨を遅滞なく通知します。

CDP may change the scope of personal information it collects, change the purpose of use, or make other changes to its privacy policy, which will be promptly announced on this page, notified by e-mail, or by any other method CDP deems appropriate after the change.
